MANAGER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

By checking the box below, you ("Student Manager") agree that all strategic information, financial data, student records, platform architecture, operational processes, team structures, compensation models, and business development plans of American AI Agent are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties, competitors, or former platform participants. You further agree not to use platform methods, contacts, or strategies to build competing services during and for 3 years after your participation. Breach of this agreement may result in legal action and forfeiture of all earned bounties.
